Bridgewater School is looking to appoint a Supervisory Assistant Level 1 to join our highly motivated team. The successful candidate will be a team player who can help make the lunchtime experience fun and enjoyable for children, while also ensuring their safety and welfare. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
Duties include:
• ensuring the lunchtime environment is safe and secure
• helping younger children to eat and use good table manners
• supervising and interacting with pupils on the playground to promote positive play
• liaising with colleagues and reporting accidents and incidents to relevant staff
• maintain discipline according to school policy.
We are strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS.
