THE ROLE
Working as part of a team of Lifeguards monitoring the pool area and providing trained assistance to users in difficulty including when necessary, administering first aid. The role also involves providing excellent customer care, setting up activities and other general duties to ensure that the centre is clean and secure. There may be an opportunity to work across all our venues as and when required.
HOURS OF WORK
The post will be an average of 32.66 hours per week.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic casual Leisure Assistants to join our team. Having a passion for all things leisure you will pride yourself in keeping our poolside safe and inviting for our customers, our studios ready to rock and you’ll just love to bring your welcoming smile and amazing personality to work every day. Expect a varied day to day that includes pool supervision, setting up classes and events, cleanliness and hygiene and refining our fantastic customer experience.
Applicants must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and have an up-to-date training record.
We are committed to safeguarding and therefore the Leisure Assistant post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
If successful, you must complete a lifeguard competency assessment.
