Working 25 hours per week
Payroll calculates the equated salary based on weekly hours, how many Term Time + days you work, Bank holidays and how much annual leave you are entitled to e.g. 25 or 30 days. This is then divided by 12 for a monthly salary all year round. However, if someone starts in April, that salary has been based on a full academic years' leave entitlement, number of bank holidays etc, so it must be recalculated based on how much leave there would be left in the leave year, how many bank holidays are left and how many of the INSET days are left.
This is the deduction from the salary. This applies to all support staff on term time contracts in all NCC schools.
We are committed to protecting and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This post is working in regulated activity. If you are successful we will undertake additional recruitment checks which will include a check to see if you have had any criminal convictions, a check of police information and we will check the barred lists. An online search will be done for all shortlisted candidates.
