Directors and Governors of this popular and successful primary school in Billingham, invite applications for the position of Admin Assistant in our very busy office.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic administrator who would relish the opportunity to work in our School.
The successful candidate will join a busy team which is committed to supporting students to achieve the very best outcomes. We are looking for someone to be enthusiastic, flexible and well organised.
You will have responsibility for general office duties which include answering the telephone, greeting parents and visitors. You will need have some experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience using Bromcom or another school-based system would be advantageous although not essential. You will work under the instruction of the Head Teacher and School Business Manager.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.30pm working term time plus 2 days in the school holidays.
