Things are happening and changing at pace here in Children’s Services in Stockton on Tees. There’s lots going on and we have come a long way. We’re seeking ambitious, hardworking and innovative people to join our team.
We are delighted to be seeking School Support Worker to join our evolving School Support Team, on a temporary bases to cover adoption leave. We work in schools delivering bespoke packages of support to children and young people to ensure positive outcomes are achieved. You will hold your own caseload and work on a one to one or small group basis applying a child centred approach to reduce the risk.
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to hold children at the centre of everything that we do and reinforce our commitment to embedding relationship -based practice.
We recognise that we will promote the best outcomes for children by focusing on relationships with and within families, and also with each other as a staff team and with our multi-agency partners.
We’ll support you to flourish and be the best you can, delivering high-quality services and working closely with professionals from a range of agencies to improve the lived experience of children.
This post is on a fixed term basis until 31st July 2025.
