Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part-way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

Working Type: Part Time - 20 hours, 39 working weeks
Base: The Grangefield Academy, Oxbridge Avenue, Stockton on Tees, TS18 4LE

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

The Grangefield Academy is looking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to work as part of a team under the direction of the Chef Manager. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, handling and storage and maintain the kitchen, associated areas and equipment to the highest levels of cleanliness. Working hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm. 

We are looking for someone with Level 2 Food Safety and a willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities.
