Job Description:
The Glebe Primary School is a large primary school situated in Norton, Stockton on Tees. We are seeking to appoint a qualified level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across the whole school. This role will include covering classes whist teachers have PPA and other short term cover, as well as leading interventions and working with small groups and individuals.

The successful candidate must have:
- A professional, nurturing and resilient approach.
- Experience and understanding of the best way of supporting children, including those with SEN and disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively and supportively under the direction of the class teacher and team leaders.
-The ability to establish good relationships with children, staff, parents and all members of the school community, acting as a role model and demonstrating the high expectations of the school.
-Be positive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
