Inclusion and Family Support Assistant (Band 8) Spinal Column Points 12 - 15. Salary £21,069.92 to £22,258.62 per annum (pro rata), 37 hours per week, term time only including 5 PD days (195 days per year).

The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Inclusion and Family Support Assistant. The successful candidate will have a successful record of supporting pupils across the whole school, bringing experience of working effectively with parents and also multi agencies to support the needs of the individual or group of pupils.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of the SEND code of practice, together with an understanding of how to remove barriers to learning. They will have a proven experience of effective behaviour management
Candidates will also need to demonstrate the ability to communicate with a range of people from external agencies; building partnerships is a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.
