Nexus is looking to appoint a Smart Ticketing Co-ordinator (Testing) within the Commercial section of the Customer Services department on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2023.
As a Smart Ticketing Co-ordinator (Testing), you will work closely with the Major Projects team, helping to deliver Smart ticketing projects. You will devise test scripts, coordinate testing regimes and analyse the data from testing, escalating issues identified to ensure rectification of problems before customers use our new products.
