About the role

To support the Head of Apprenticeship Operations in the operational management of the curriculum team taking a lead on English and Maths subjects. To inspire, motivate and coach apprentices, monitoring and assessing their progress on every element towards successful timely completion and achievement of the apprenticeship. To develop and put in place appropriate delivery models for English and Maths within apprenticeships across the College group.


About the Candidate

We would welcome applications from experienced qualified candidates that have a proven record and experience of delivering English and Maths functional skills up to Level 2. You should have drive and enthusiasm and possess good interpersonal and organisational skills. You should have experience of working in a team, as a commitment to teamwork is vital. Applicants must be mobile throughout the northeast region as this role may include travelling to both employer premises and the different campuses across the college.
