TEACHING ASSISTANT – LEVEL 2 C (SCP 6-7)
30 HOURS PER WEEK – TTO plus PD Days
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL 31st August 2025 - Initially
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and conscientious Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 2 Team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive person who is committed to ensuring the children in their care have the best possible opportunities for success. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent relationships with children, staff and parents.
Relevant experience of working in a school environment and an understanding of how to support teaching and learning in the classroom would be beneficial.
The posts will involve working with individuals and groups of pupils, supporting assessments and promoting children's progress and well-being.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and an enhanced disclosure & baring service check (DBS) will be sought.
