We are proud to be part of the Tyne Community Learning Trust – providing positive collaboration between 9 like-minded schools in the Prudhoe area.

We are looking to appoint a passionate and positive Art teacher from 1st September 2023, to join our team and provide the highest standards of education to our pupils, who are keen to learn.

We expect this maternity contract to run for 2 terms, until Easter 2024. During this time, you will work every day, teaching Art across the middle school age and ability range. You will also be expected to deliver a small number of lessons in foundation subjects in Key Stage 2 and have a form teacher responsibility.

This role would be equally well suited to a teacher with experience or an ambitious candidate who is looking for their first teaching role. Early careers teachers will be fully supported by a mentor and additional PPA time.
