We are looking for social workers who are committed professionals, to work in the Family Placement Service. The role of the social worker in the team will involve a number of key tasks, including, assessing prospective adopters, undertaking SGO assessments and Reg 24 assessments, involvement in training of prospective adopters. You need to have good assessment, written and presentation skills as reports will be presented in various professional areas. A social work post is also being recruited to that will lead on the training of foster carers and adopters.
