Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Adult Learning Service are looking to employ an innovative and experienced, Senior Tutor to join the team. The job role will involve supporting the management team to deliver and drive change in our skills provision, to measure and deliver CPD along with a teaching timetable. You will have responsibility in managing sessional tutors to ensure they deliver high quality education and conduct learning walks and set actions when required. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, working with disadvantaged communities in a variety of settings, a relevant adult teaching qualification and an UCPD subject specialism in literacy and or numeracy we would like to hear from you.
