The Governing body of this extremely successful, proactive Primary School, set in rural Northumberland, seeks to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join our team on a fixed term basis (initially until the end of the summer term 2024).
The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the class teacher to support individual pupils with SEN. To achieve this you will need to be passionate, enthusiastic and ready for a challenge to support learning and help create an exciting learning environment. In return we can offer a positive, welcoming and happy atmosphere in a friendly and dedicated team who strive to achieve constantly high standards. Our children are well behaved, polite and motivated.
There are CPD opportunities to help you realise your potential. Candidates need to have a full and relevant qualification as deemed by the DfE as they may be required to work with EYFS children.
This post is a fixed term contract initially until the end of July 2024, working 32.5hrs per week, Term Time plus 5 days. Successful applicants will receive the Northumberland Living Wage Supplement in addition to their basic salary.
