This post is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As part of our commitment to quality improvement across Adult Social Care, we are looking for a suitably qualified person from a Social Care / OT or Health background or someone who holds a suitable teaching certificate or equivalent.

You will provide high quality, workforce development advice and support to enable Adult Social Care to achieve its corporate objects and to support cultural change at all levels.

You will establish and maintain a comprehensive programme of staff training in response to identified needs and requirements of service provision, provide appropriate training interventions through the design, delivery and evaluation of training and working with external providers to ensure identified training needs are met.
