We have 3 posts for a Primary School Improvement Leader covering the areas of Assessment, Mathematics and Literacy. Please indicate on your application form which post you are applying for.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a teaching qualification and a thorough knowledge of the National Education Policy and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.

You will have recent senior leadership experience in primary age settings with a proven positive impact on provision and outcomes. Strong analytical skills relating to individual school and local authority school performance data. An understanding of how performance data can be used to raise standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being an effective public speaker.

You will be a confident leader with high levels of energy, enthusiasm, stamina and resilience with the ability to hold others to account to secure desired objectives, to assess risks and take prompt action to safeguard the welfare of children and young people and mitigate corporate risk.

There is a very high demand for precision and accuracy, working to timescales, under pressure, independently and as part of a team with the ability to work closely with schools in challenging circumstances and with school leaders under considerable pressure.
