Location: Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland, Central Police Headquarters, Hemlington, Middlesbrough (with flexibility for some home working)

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking a Policy, Partnerships and Delivery Officer to support the effective delivery of the Cleveland Police and Crime Plan.

The Police and Crime Plan is the Police and Crime Commissioner’s four-year blueprint for making the area safer for all and to put the pride back into Cleveland Police.

The successful candidate with work in partnership to develop and implement exciting policy and commissioning plans to support victims of crime, reduce offending and improve neighbourhood safety.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of policies, working with our partners to support the Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver the objectives of his 10-Point Plan.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge about the crime and community safety landscape, with experience in commissioning, performance management and relationship management.

You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team, with a strong ethos for working together and making a difference for communities in Cleveland.
