New College Durham are seeking to recruit a Podiatry receptionist/cashier to provide a first point of contact service to staff, students and patients of the Podiatry clinical services.

The successful candidate will assist in the effective provision of administrative support to the Podiatry function (eg word-processing of letters, forms etc., photocopying, maintaining and updating filing systems, maintenance of adequate stationery, electronic database of patient’s appointments, register of patients and organisation of appointment cards, completion and monitoring of accident report forms and other administrative duties). This post also requires the timely collection and reconciliation of patient fees.
