We are looking for the following team members:
Senior Planner - dealing with major housing and commercial applications.
Senior Planner – leading the householder team
Planning Technician - dealing with simpler planning applications.
Information Officer - provide and maintain information about and respond to enquiries relating to planning and building control made by telephone, email and in person.
It is essential that you are computer literate and hold a current driving licence. You must be able to work using your own initiative as well as working as part of a team. You must have good customer service skills and must be well organised and able to manage your own workload. It is also essential that you have good technical competence and experience of reading and interpreting plans.
