An exciting opportunity has arisen for a phase leader to join our school which has recently been judged as Good by Ofsted. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference and ensure that pupil outcomes and aspirations are maximised.

The successful applicant will be an effective practitioner who can evidence their previous impact on pupil outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to raising standards for pupils. We are looking for a creative, adaptable and reflective practitioner with the ability to enthuse, lead and enhance the daily practices of other staff across the phase.

This position would be ideally suited to an experienced phase leader or an excellent practitioner looking for a new challenge.
