An exceptional opportunity has arisen for three highly skilled and professional Personal Assistants to provide executive-level support to Directors in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a unique chance to be part of a forward-thinking organisation, where your expertise and discretion will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our leadership team.
The Role
As a Director’s PA, you will act as the right hand to your assigned Director, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate key projects, and act as a trusted liaison between internal and external stakeholders. The ability to anticipate needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and work with absolute professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling high-level meetings and prioritising conflicting demands.
- Prepare detailed briefings, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing communications with diplomacy and discretion.
- Organise and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Support key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation and beyond.
The Person
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, highly organised, and accustomed to working in a senior executive environment. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant at Director or Board level.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- A discreet and professional approach, with the ability to handle confidential matters with tact.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
