This is a casual contract working as and when required. 

Benfield Sport Centre is seeking to appoint an individual to provide a high quality service to all customers using our Sports Centre. The successful candidate will ensure appropiate equipment, facilities and services are available for the implementation of the activity programme, carry out cleaning duties across all areas of the facility and set up and take down a full range of equipment ensuring Health & Safety guidelines and control measures are adhered to. 

We are looking for a colleague who has: 
  • An understanding of how to deliver quality service within a leisure environment . 
  • Physical fitness appropriate for the post which will include setting up sports equipment. 
  • Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with colleagues, contractors and customers. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team. 
Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre which enables thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
