About the role

The purpose of the role is to lead, develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs, designing both face to face and digital/virtual learning, workshops and more. You will be pivotal in enhancing the culture and engagement of our employees, with responsibility for implementing and managing both operational and strategic initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness. As a key member of the People & Organisational Development management team you will support the delivery of our People Plan.

About the Candidate

This role requires a candidate with a strong project mindset, proven expertise of change management, and a track record of leading successful employee engagement and wellbeing interventions. The post holder will need to build and manage relationships with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability.

Ability to use analytics, problem solve and advise on appropriate learning solutions to meet organisational and individual needs is key. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for evidence-based practice within the P&OD domain.
