We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Leader and Manager to lead our successful Maths team from September 2017. The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher of Maths, with the ability to coach and develop others.
You will possess an excellent track record of achieving successful outcomes along with the vision and interpersonal skills needed drive the team forward.
The post would suit either an aspiring middle leader who would be fully supported through coaching and mentoring as well as a full range of professional development opportunities or an experienced middle leader looking to expand their professional horizon.
In the locality the Academy enjoys a well-founded reputation for continuous improvement, high expectations, a strong sense of discipline and achievement for all learners. The Academy became a Teaching School in March 2013 and we have embraced the challenges and opportunities it provides for all our staff.
