Lead Occupational Therapist – Care and Health
Full time post

Due to a recent reconfiguration of our management support to Occupational Therapy we are recruiting to the post of Lead Occupational Therapist to support the delivery of high performing, cost effective intervention to eligible Older People, Adults, Children and their Carers.
We are seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with an excellent understanding of Health and Social Care and partnership working to join us. They must be able to demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be resilient and proactive in their management and leadership skills. The post will be supported by an Advanced Practitioner OT who will lead on the day to day allocation and supervision to Occupational Therapists and Assistants, enabling the Lead Occupational Therapist to develop services that ensure eligible residents receive timely and responsive intervention.

The post is part of the Integrated Occupational Therapy service across South Tees giving wide access to peer support, staff development and integrated working practices across health and social care.
