Wylam First School is a successful, small, inclusive first school, set in the historic Tyne Valley. We have enthusiastic, hardworking and friendly pupils, together with dedicated and hardworking staff and governors. Wylam First School is part of the Tyne Community Learning Trust which comprises of six first schools, two middle schools and a high school, and we work closely with our partnership schools to provide the very best educational experience for all pupils.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher on a fixed term contract for 1 term in the first instance, to start 17 April 2023 (summer term). We are committed to supporting the development of ECTs and would offer a full term of the induction programme.

As a school we have invested heavily in the creation of our innovative and challenging curriculum and are looking for a Teacher who is able to enhance our curriculum offer, delivering in a knowledgeable and skilful way.
