An opportunity has arisen to join Adult Social Care as the departments Inspection and Improvement Lead.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, positive individual who is self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative as well as leading the Inspection and Improvement Team.  The successful candidate will be committed to providing an excellent service with a key focus on Adult Social Care and prepararing for the new regulatory CQC assurance regime. 

They will play a significant role in contributing to continuous service  improvement and delivering transformational change.  The team works across the department contributing to policy and strategy development and researching a variety of social care related issues.
