What will I be doing?
You will play an integral role advising and implementing on current and future ICT projects and day-to-day support, including agile working for staff and partner organisations.
We have three positions available, one based in our schools support team, and one based in our Customer Response Team and one based in the infrastructure support team. All positions are providing front line ICT support to end users across several different locations across the City.
What will I need?
The successful individuals should have excellent customer service skills and have a desire to provide high quality ICT support to a wide customer base.
