Teacher – Main Pay Scale
Variable hours 0.6 FTE – 1.0 FTE (Initially to teach Full Time). Required from 1st September 2018.
Holy Island C. of E. First School is a very small school serving pupils who live on Holy Island. The school is part of a federation with Lowick C of E First School under one Headteacher. The pupils from Holy Island attend school at Lowick C of E First School when tidal conditions allow. Therefore, the teacher will teach at both Holy Island and Lowick C of E First Schools depending on the tides.
There is an expectation that the teacher will live on Holy Island, a school house is available to rent.

The confidence and capacity to work within a one teacher school.
Willingness to contribute to and support the Christian ethos of the school.

Completed applications should be submitted by 12pm Wednesday 16th May 2018. Interviews will be held on the week beginning 21st May 2018. Visits to the schools are encouraged by appointment with the Headteacher, Mrs. Rebecca Simpson.
