We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator, with excellent communication and I.T skills and an eye for detail, to join our busy Human Resources Department covering the maternity leave of the current post holder from January to November 2017.

You will be the first point of call for all enquires either in person, by telephone or by email and will administer a broad range of generalist HR processes including recruitment and selection, learning and development and maintenance of Single Central Record providing a customer focused service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop good working relationships in order to provide a high quality service to both internal and external customers. You will have prior experience in a similar HR role, have advanced IT skills which includes MS Office packages and database management as well as excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

You should have a good general education with at least 5 GCSE passes, or equivalent including Maths and English at grade C or above. A business administration qualification at NVQ level 3 (or similar), CIPD Level 3 or the ability to work towards this is essential.
