Actual Salary £16575.38 - £17658.56
Permanent position to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone special who:

• Is sympathetic to the strong Catholic ethos of our parish school
• Aims for excellence at all times
• Has or is working towards a relevant qualification equivalent to L4 or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Has recent and relevant experience of working with young children, preferably in an educational setting and with children with additional learning and behavioural needs
• Has a passion to make a difference, is a good communicator with a real ability to inspire and motivate.
• Good communication and listening skills, and an ability to relate well to children and adults
• Experience of resource preparation and differentiation to support learning programmes
• General awareness of inclusion policies and practice
• Has experience of working with children of all abilities
• Has the confidence and subject knowledge to teach whole classes across the primary phase

The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Whole class teaching and learning when required (this may be a different year group each day.)
• The manager of teaching assistants including supporting performance management
• General teaching assistant duties
