This is your opportunity to lead the future development of one of the country’s most successful cultural organisations. You will need a sustained track record of effective leadership at a senior level, with experience of driving transformational change and continuous improvement across organisations; a proven track record of achievement in facilitating and supporting community participation and social inclusion; and evidence of success in developing constructive relationships with a range of external partners and agencies to deliver sustainable service improvement.
If this opportunity excites you, and you have the ability to act as a champion for TWAM and advocate for the value of archives and museums please look at our application pack for more information about the role and its requirements.
