An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS). In this role, you will be part of the Information Services Team which is responsible for establishing effective controls for service-wide data assets and utilisation of appropriate tools to deliver information to appropriate stakeholders and customers.  This includes data analysis and intelligence (including geographic information systems (GIS)) and understanding performance to support business decision making.  The team are also responsible for administrating several key service systems.

The team is constantly innovating and looking at new ways to utilise and exploit our data assets and to support this we are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Digital Solutions Analyst. You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation by identifying, analysing, and implementing digital solutions that improve organisational efficiency, data utilisation, and service delivery. You will leverage your expertise in the Microsoft 365 product set including power platform and SharePoint and maintain and develop our digital mapping products.
