Due to the promotion of the current postholder, the Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.

At Shotton Hall Primary School, our Governing Body are seeking a new Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team, and work together with our Headteacher to deliver the mission of our school 'working together to SHINE' by providing a high-quality inclusive education in a safe and nurturing environment. A successful candidate will be able to inspire our pupils to foster a love for learning to enable them to achieve happiness, success and their full potential, equipping them with the skills to adapt in our ever-changing world.

Governors are looking for a teacher who is dynamic, caring and passionate about making a difference to the educational and wider lives of our children. We are very proud of our school and are fully committed to ensuring that our school’s next Deputy Headteacher works with the Headteacher in taking the school forward on the next stage of its journey.

Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
