The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher with a passion for teaching and learning, and the ability to help staff improve their performance. They will also have had previous senior leadership experience, and be ambitious and ready to develop professionally. Heathfield is a large primary school, close to the centre of the town of Darlington. We are part of the Lingfield Education Trust, which has 4 other schools in the Darlington area.
