A professional and enthusiastic individual is required to fulfil the role of Building Control Manager. They are required to manage and lead a strong, professional and dynamically high performing team providing a full range of Building Control functions and services for the Council. This post is a permanent role.

The Building Control Service is managed via a partnership with Capita and this post is a Council post seconded to Capita.

This is a specific role to manage and lead a Building Control Service, consisting of Building Control professionals and Technical Support Officers. They are required to ensure effective delivery of the Building Control Service to internal and external clients and partners with a strong emphasis on fostering growth, development and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with the relevant level of management and Building Control experience.
