Duties to include responsibility for the security of the premises, minor maintenance work and repairs, key holding and call out, porterage, cleaning duties, gardening and general caretaking duties.
The successful candidate will:-
• Have experience and understanding of Caretaking duties and responsibilities
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
The following positions are to cover 52 weeks on a temporary basis pending a review.
Site Caretaker (G373) £9.09 per hour
Based at Green Gates Primary (Redcar) - 32 hours per week
Monday to Friday – Various spilt shifts
Applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the posts.
