Caretaker
Hours: 35 hours per week (7 -11am & 3.30 – 6.30pm Mon – Fri), whole time
Salary: Grade E, point 8 £23,366 (pending pay award)
Contractual Status: Permanent (pending successful 6-month probationary period)
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced caretaker with experience of working in a busy primary school. The position also includes on-site accommodation and a monthly living allowance.
The successful applicant will:
• Hold at least a recognised qualification in either joiner, electrician, heating & plumbing
• Have the ability to develop effective relationships with children, staff, parents/carers
• Have experience of working with time-constraints
• Have experience of working in all weathers
• Be proactive, resilient and committed to supporting the school
