We're seeking to appoint an Assistant SENCO who is committed to inclusive education. You will be responsible for supporting the leadership and management of the school's provision for students with learning difficulties and making a wider contribution to whole school improvement.

We are looking for someone who can inspire and influence and who has:
  • Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared priorities and improve learner outcomes.
  • A thorough understanding of the impact of additional educational needs and and understanding of ASD.
  • Experience applying evidence-based interventions to pupils with additional educational needs.
  • The ability to liaise with multi-agency teams, whilst modelling good practice.
