Your role will be to support the teams, Team Leaders and Team Managers with the day to day running of the busy office environments. For this post you will need to have a good understanding of the specific service areas, be patient and have a caring disposition.
You must also have the ability to work within the boundaries of confidentiality and the guidelines of data protection to ensure that our customer’s information is protected. There is also a requirement for the successful applicant to be flexible and sociable with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

This is a full time position throughout the 18 months apprenticeship programme.

Should you be sucessful you would be expected to undertake and complete all components of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship whilst gaining valuable 'on the job' experience, dedicated mentoring from skilled maangers and colleaugues.

There is also the potential for you to secure long term employment with the Council upon completion of your qualification, and the ability to also apply for internal vacancies restricted to employees throughout your apprenticeship.
