Are you passionate about shaping practice and supporting newly qualified social workers?

Are you ready for a new and exciting opportunity and want to be part of an innovative team, with no caseload? … then Redcar and Cleveland Children’s Social Work Academy is for you.

As an Advanced Practitioner within the academy, you will work alongside our Newly Qualified Social Workers offering mentoring, observing and coaching throughout their assessed year in practice.

Our Childrens Social Work Academy is a fantastic opportunity that remains at the heart of our front line practice.

Closing date Wednesday 3rd July 2024 at 12 noon.
Interview date is 12th July 2024.
