The Governors seek to appoint an efficient, enthusiastic Administrative and Attendance Assistant to join our very friendly, happy and hard- working team to be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in a very busy school office. As the first point of contact for visitors, excellent inter-personal skills are essential with the ability to work under pressure. Duties will include responsibility for recording and monitoring attendance, dinner money, preparing banking, maintaining pupil records and preparing reports for the Head teacher and Governors. The successful candidate will have initiative, be flexible, trustworthy, a good team player, and be committed to high standards.

Essential Qualifications: Grade A – C Maths and English at GCSE/O Level standard or equivalent (NVQ level 2)
