An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to support frontline operational services within North Tyneside Council’s Property Services Team.

The successful candidate will work alongside an existing team to deliver a range of repair, maintenance and construction services to our tenants and residents. They will possess excellent administrative support skills, including the ability to create basic management information and reports, monitoring timelines and updating a range of ICT systems used to support service delivery.

We are looking to recruit a proactive team player who demonstrates excellent customer care skills and a positive attitude toward service improvement. The successful candidate will need to take pride in your work and consistently deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right first time.

They will also ideally possess a good understanding of working within a Local Authority or similar organisation with some experience in housing repair and maintenance.
