North Tyneside Council Housing Services is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, professional and enthusiastic individual to become a team leader in the Housing Operations Team, as Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader.
This is an exciting role in a fast-paced service area where officers, team leaders and managers work together to ensure our tenants are adequately supported to remain in their tenancies and receive and excellent service.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure our tenants receive appropriate support to manage and sustain their tenancy. The team leader must manage their team’s performance across all areas of the service provided and ensure a standard and quality which tenants expect.
You will work as part of a highly motivated team which is proactive, and customer focussed to ensure that our tenants are given every opportunity to live life to the fullest. By working with and supporting our tenants, we contribute to the housing services aim to deliver clean, safe and thriving places where people want to live.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer care skills and a commitment to delivering high quality customer focused housing services.
