The post holder will be a member of the Personal Development team across the college and will contribute to the effective, efficient organisation and delivery of designated courses supporting academic colleagues with a focus on student support by delivering highly individualised and group Personal Development sessions linked to student destinations, setting effective SMART targets and reviewing student progress at key points in the academic year.
