Our Governing Body are seeking a skilled 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil who has a diagnosis of autism.
We are a good school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, kind and caring Learning Support Assistant with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards for those they work with.
- You will support this one pupil on a 1 to 1 basis but also work with small groups to support their social development.
- You will support the pupil’s social communication, speech and language and learning needs.
- You will be reliable and have an ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.
- You will work in partnership with the class teacher and the SENCO, to support learning in line with the National Curriculum, codes of practice, school policies and procedures.
