Middlesbrough College is located in the centre of Middlesbrough, one hour south of Newcastle and one hour north of Leeds. The main train station is Darlington (East Coast Main Line) which is 20 minutes by car.

Middlesbrough is also served by Middlesbrough Train Station with direct services to York, Newcastle and Darlington and is less than 5 minutes walk to the Middlesbrough College.
