Contractual Status: Fixed term for 12 months

South Tees Youth Offending Service is looking to appoint two qualified or suitably experienced Case Managers to join our Service. These positions are offered on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for undertaking assessments and planning a range of interventions to address offending behaviour. You will need to possess the skills and experience necessary to effectively manage risk, and safety and well-being issues, as well as representing the Service in Court and other professional arenas.

You will have experience of working with young people with complex needs and be highly organised to carry out this diverse role to a high standard. You will require excellent written and communication skills, and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.

This role would require evening and weekend working on occasion.

Applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
