Grade 1 - £16191. All Year Round.
Additional overtime payments apply for 1 hour per day alternate weekend building/site checks & bank holidays.
Working Hours: 37 per week late shift and evenings.
Working hours will be subject to change to meet the requirements of the school.
Post holder will change to day shift working during school holidays.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Attendant to support the School Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will support the Site Supervisor to ensure that the site and grounds are maintained at all times in a safe, clean and healthy state for pupils, staff, visitors and other users of the site facilities. The candidate will support the function of School Lettings and promote the ethos, aims and objectives of the school.

Principal duties will include:

• To ensure the security and Health and Safety of the premises in accordance with the specifications of the Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body
• To ensure the lighting and heating of premises in accordance with the specifications of the Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body
• To ensure the premises are open for use as and when required in accordance with the specifications of the Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body, and securing the premises at the end of each shift.
• To support the Site Supervisor in operation of CCTV, Building Management Systems and other mechanical and operational equipment.
• Liaison with outside agencies and contractors.
• Porterage of goods and equipment.
• General maintenance, DIY and housekeeping duties.

Experience of this type of role is essential.
